That picture is the boiler indeed. So it has already had a PCB update. Can you tell what model it is from the picture? I will get someone in. I only took the cover off to see if I could find the model number! Didn't realise there was danger. Thanks for the warning.

Thanks. The PCB problems seem to be characterised by having to fire up the boiler again and then it cutting out again. Pressing the reset button on my boiler doesn't seem to do anything at all except create a whirl inside (pump)? Does the switch have to be in a certain position? Thanks...

I'm sure you're right - I am having trouble finding the other light though. You can see the one on I can see on this picture (orange) but I cannot find another, can you suggest anything? Thanks

The pilot light is out / there is no flame inside the sight glass window. I've not found it easy from the user guides to identify what model Suprima I have nor is it on the actual boiler. The user guide refers to an electrical panel on the boiler itself which I do not have, this is covered...
