    When you say socket... are you referring to an actual socket that you plug things into? like you have say behind your tv? Whats this being fed from? Im assuming you have some cable as a supply from the board?

    well its just like a basic 2 way light switch in the sense its a common which is your L L1 for your switch wire, and no L2 unless you plan to 2 way it.

    Well considering the meter is theirs and everything prior to the CU is, im sure they COULD prosecute if they really wanted to, but Ive replaced the HBC's before when theyve told ridiculous wait times for customers. How can you tell someone theyll be without power for 2 days?
