    What does a boiler do when the CH water is up to Temp

    The boiler itself will have a thermostat on it and when the programmer tells the boiler to come on and off, the stat on the boiler will control how hot it gets. Not a very efficient method but at least you have TRVs.

    Mastic the basin down. You'd probably be better off using a click-clack waste than a pop up. Does the tap fix to the basin or the worktop?
