    unfortunately only a powerflush can clean it properly . A chemical flush (diy) will not remove all of the problems . If you do get a pin point leak atleast you will have an expert at hand to sort it out if you have a power flush. Arf

    you require a home owners gas safety record , most corgi gas engineers do this type of work . It should include checking all appliances , visiable pipework and a tightness test . cost vary depending on installation . if there are any faults then this is extra , if they are dangerous ...

    do it all , i dont think that if the sparky provides a perment socket supply for use with plug that the appliance would have to be recommissioned if he/she were to simply unplug it and then plug it back in . can`t say i`ve seen that in any book before , what if the customer has had a power cut...
