    Thanks Paul, It's balanced, Floor Mounted, I have Thermostatic on all Rads except one, It's on an outside wall. I'm Just not sure which is the best condensing boiler to replace it with i.e. Make and capacity although I shall get a plumber (Corgi) to do it.

    Replacement Boiler

    I have a floor standing Ideal RS80 boiler that is over 20 years old. It's now showing it's age like me at 65. My house is a very big 4 Bedroom with my wife and I only in it now the children have left. What would you recommend that I ask the Corgi man to replace it with? Alfie
