    Indesit WIDL126 Rock and Roll

Haven't got around to whipping the belt off yet will do it this evening. If it is bearings, how hard to replace and what are the dangers of it going wrong on this machine and other things needing replaced?

    Indesit WIDL126 Rock and Roll

Cheers Leccy: Bearings - there is a tiny bit of play (2-3mm?) is that enough? Drum Support - what would I be looking for, the black shocks or the springs? Or the spider on the back? Motor Bearings - motor seems ok but it is a bit more noisy than usual... Shocks and Springs are OK Counter...

    Indesit WIDL126 Rock and Roll

Hi Rock Glad you responded mate you seem to be quite highly regarded!! The drum supports - are they the black shock things under the drum bolted to the case?! If so we had them off with some new ones handy thinking it was that, and they are exactly the same?! The concrete blocks seem to...

    Indesit WIDL126 Rock and Roll

Hi guys I hope somebody can help. Our washing machine, an Indesit WIDL 126 is making one HELL of a racket, it is currently working on destroying the ear drums of our entire street as I type this. Me and our landlord have had a good old root around, the shocks/springs are ok, the bearings...

The condense pipe looks like it has a rise in it? If it does surely the condense is piling up in there and eventually spilling out of the boiler where the pipe meets it? Just my thoughts :?:

    24 Hour or Not...

Ooooh controversy. Answering all points individually will take a while but I have extra jumpers and the missus has a slanket - sorted there. I never thought about having it set low during the day and then boosting it up in the evenings when we are home. In this instance, 'best' is from...

Want to securely wipe a HDD?

We at work (education) use DBAN quickly followed up if need be with a screwdriver driven through the drive with a hammer. Which is great fun :D

    24 Hour or Not...

Hi guys, Been lurking for a few weeks... very interesting things which get posted, all of the nightmares, but also useful things I have picked up! My question is, which is best for central heating timings during winter - 24 hours and heating on the roomstat, or timing it on the boiler (say...
