Sorry just checked the list if only light 3 is flashing its the motor or tacho,does this mean a new motor as it seems to spin but at the wrong speeds at the wrong time or can the tach be changed? thanks

Washer never finishes cycle, hops around the floor and then power light and rinse hold lights flash ,can anyone help?
