The company is in very good shape (multi millions profit ) the thought behind it is there are various sites earning different levels which they are looking to aliegn all be it the jobs vary quite a bit , and yes it looks like being driven to the lowest levels in the company :cry:

ch427 after much deliberation i purchased the bosch drill from screwfix, its advertised as being lightweight hence the toy look i have been boarding out my loft and doing some masonary fixing and the drill seems fine , perhaps they dont have to weigh a ton to be of any use :!: cheers mark
