    Get "Drive Seal" from B&Q, Homebase, etc., in black. I give my drive a coat every year and as well as putting life into the color, it seals the tarmac so water runs off easier and makes it easier when sweeping. It does work, it covered over white stone paint that was spilled on my drive.

    No, it has been like it for a couple of years. I have just replaced the sink, so now is as good a time as any to try to put right. I will try renewing the s/tap this weekend. Old pipe to new, can a new gatevalve or s/tap be purchased?

    I also find with a Saniflo, that they do tend to syphon the waste traps which results in a not too pleasant odour coming from the plug holes.

    Have you checked the rollers on the bottom of the door? It seems to me that these need renewing, so a new track will only get damaged again otherwise. Try you local aluminium window manufacturer.

    remember that the wood will contract and expand at a different rate to the tile adhesive. also, the plywood will expand at a different rate to the solid joists. make sure all upstands where joining the base has plenty of flexible sealer
