daglesj i would like to repeat your boiler appears to have one or more flueing faults and should not be used until it is carefully checked, it is unlikely to be serious but it could be. even small amounts of co are dangerous.

Its more about what it is worth to you, what do you want and what are you prepared to spend to get it.
