No 485 comms lost means that keypad has lost comms with the panel, could be a keypad, wiring or panel fault. Id suggest you get someone to look at it.

Id agree that the old ADE stuff wasnt great but far from the worst. But since honeywell has owned them we get less Accenta's/Optimas back than veritas's.
