if you manufacture it yourself i'd suggest butt it up to it cos if you make the lip too thin it could split , then use some similar tile grout to take up any gap and feather it out. :wink:

Any other chips find they need to re calibrate your chop to cut 90 degree straight cut ,i've got the makita and it needs a bit of fine tuning from time to time, i just get an off cut and set it off 90 slightly to re alingn it, bit annoying though
