    bosch problem for boiler

Yeah those birschs are a nightmare. As is your description of the problem. I am guessing here that your boiler is overheating on hot water demand. But you haven't given nearly enough information to have a proper diagnosis!

Alpha CB24 CH boiler - Clock/remote stat issue

If it worked when you linked it out there is no reason for it not to work with the new clock. My money is on it being wired incorrectly.

no hot water - system boiler

How long does the boiler stay lit for before it goes out. Have you checked the coil pipework to see if it is getting hot before the boiler goes out? Have you bled the pump? The main flame going out indicated demand satifisied. The thermocouple does not heat up per se, it is a safety device.

vokera excell 80sp. Optional vessel kit.

Ah! Its a domestic hw expansion vessel. This vessel is a smaller version of the heating expansion vessel. But it is charged to 2 bar. This vessel absorbs any increase in pressure after the hot water tap is closed after use. This prevents damage to pipe work and stops water hammering.

    Balancing central heating system

You are over complicating! The system should be treated as one. You will get a false reading from barrier pipe. Assuming you are balancing a system with a condensing boiler, you could clap on your thermos to the copper flow and returns into the boiler and balance until you get a 20 degree...
