Needs a service kit. To be fair not every company will carry out the service as per the book and will only hoover out the CC and check pressures etc, without replacing HW diaphrams and cleaning venturi, as should be done.

yeah take it back out and run 2x1 cls around the wall so that the bottom lip of the bath sits on top. Bed it onto these with numerous tube of silicone!
