    Hi so I finally managed to get hold of a spanner but the valves themselves still won’t budge. Took the loop off and now hot water is coming out the end and can’t see why. The boiler is off and I can’t see another switch valve at the other end, any ideas please?

    Yes, that’s the one I turned on and there’s no water coming through. The annoying thing is I have a new filling loop and valve I could replace it with but because of the way they’ve installed it I can’t unscrew it. Also, there’s definitely only the one isolation valve but ty!

    This is what’s behind it so have realised there’s already a filling loop in place, my mistake, but when I turn the isolation valve switch nothing happens, any ideas?

    Hi, I’m trying to top up the pressure but can’t work out how I’d go about connecting a filling loop because the valves are weirdly shaped and not what I’m used to. Any help appreciated!
