    Ive only tested it for surface water by pouring watering down the rain gutter. I have looked at the site which you provided me with. Its full of information but its not clear to what i should fill the 'soakaway' with? Regards Jal.

    I've just lifted the cover up from the man hole, it looks like the house rain pipes go down it, the only problem is the depth is not deep enough, so i'm definately going to have a problem connecting the drainage channels to it! I can't see any other way to connect the channel drains! below...

    Do you mean i can take off 3 layers of the bricks? What would the best way be to drill a hole in the bricks to get the drainage connected for the block paving? regards Jal

    It was a fellow neighbours opinion, i didnt think it would be any problems at all which is why i asked the question here to get suggestions. My other question is whats the best way to link the drain channels to the man hole as it is slightly higher up? Thanks

    I'll try the 'pressure balance valve' as a last resort. Would adjusting the 'restrictor flow screw' on the diverter valve make any difference? Regards Jal.

    I've just checked the boilers manual book that was supplied by the previous owner, its a Sime Halstead Combi 30/90 boiler. CH output between 9.7kw and 23.4kw, HW outputs between 8.79kw and 26.4kw. Hope that helps.
