    extendind shower cable

    i have a 9.5kw with a 10mm feed it runs about 25 feet from consumer unit. i want to move the shower another 15 feet . do i have to run a complete new cable or can i run it from the old pole switch and have 2 pole switches on the line thanks

    shower pump not working

    have took filter out and they are ok. when i crack the valve nut at the back of the shower works great. then i turn off ,tighten it up and it will not run hot at all and pump does not kick in.

    first thanks for taking time to reply. the hot water feed goes from cylinder cupboard up into loft then down into shower. the hot water pipe does not go higher than the cold storage tank it is 22mm.

    i have fittted a shower pump ( on gravity system) if i open the shower a bristan thermostatic controlled no hot water comes out nor does the pump kick in.if i crack the nut at the back the shower control,pump kicks in and hot water comes out of the shower. as soon as i shut off shower...

    so the pipe from the small tank which i always thought was just a cold feed for the central heating system is also an expansion pipe.

    first thanks for taking time to reply so it is not possible to have the zone valves on the ground floor? i was hoping to use the existing flow and return ( the old hot water gravity) and connect them to the heating flow and return on the ground floor. so there is a lot of pipe wor involved?
