Any particular international paint?

i have a similar setup for my new shed when it arrives concrete base gravel around the edges. The bearers are wooden and im not sure if i need to put some 150mm wide DPC around the bottom of each bearer and then stape it to the sides or not? there will be insulation between the 70mm bearers...

thanks for the reply so are you saying that with the foil backed PIR boards i would not need a breather membrane between the extenall wall and insulation but it would require an air gap? If i go for the breathable insulation e.g. Rockwool then i need a membrane and air gap? with regards to the...
