thanks for reply lights are fine obviously not where near as bright as the 50w halogen , but fraction of power consumption and last a lot longer , so i believe. even if still glow when turned off .

hi . recently changed my gu10 50w bulbs in kitchen 4 in total , for led replacements. when lights are switched off there is still a faint glow from leds. lights are on 2 way switch circuit. any ideas how to resolve. thanks.

installing 1950s sink .have brackets but cannot workout how the brackets hold the sink in place , are there some rubbers feet missing that fit into the sink , and brackets attach to this? thanks in advance [/img]

i know that no disc on my model, quite old only self adjusters on drum brakes, my feeling and hopefully siezed cable .would self adjustment mechanisam cause fault by not keeping tension on brake shoes ?

my 1994 terrano failed mot on nearside handbrake efficency being no good. i assume that the foot brake is fine and handbrake cable need adjusting , anyone any ideas fixing fault , many thanks.

with most hot tubs when pumps are running , heater switches off and then back on when pump turned off. as pointless trying to heat water traveing through heater at xxxx speed per minute

6 flow switches 2x pcb , 2 gas valves plus many othe faults , hours spent on phone to baxi customer services. HINT: Never buy a baxi again , or anything else made in italy that requires reliability . unless of course it's a shiny red sports car. :D

thanks kris Heating and hot water working fine other than boiler tripping out TBH did'nt look that gunged up to me , just black sediment , boiler is about 12 years old and flow valves replaced half dozen times for one thing or another. think just a baxi thing . dave

hi boiler has needed the flame failure reset every 3-4 hours for the past few weeks . the boiler has an breakdown cover policy so called agents to get looked at. bg engineer arrived changed a flow valve and mentioned system needed power flush as black sludge evident in system ...

hi the washing machine stopped last , no power on display panel , there is a clicking noise coming from behind the programme contol knob (digital timer) . the leds above the wash options are also faintly pulsing ? any ideas? regards ,dave

hi our delonghi dfs 090 oven not heating up. turned oven on couple of miniute later rcd tripped in cu . reset and turned oven back on fan and light works ok but no heat . any ideas , can heating element be checked. regards ,dave

the temp gauge always between 3/4 and into red and just sits there once warmed up all connections seem ok , seem to think some sort of voltage regulator that controls both . really anoying especially the fuel gauge. dave
