Supplementary bonding in bathroom, proximity to radiator

I wondered about doing it to 17th, but I'd then have to put cooker outlet on 30mA RCD (it has a socket) and I think I have to fit a second 30mA RCD and separate upstairs and downstairs lighting circuits (correct me if I'm wrong). Unfortunately running a second lighting circuit in for the...

Supplementary bonding in bathroom, proximity to radiator

Hello folks. I'm replacing the cable to my shower with 10mm² following fitting a new consumer unit as part of general updating works. Notified BCO early in year, hence working to 16th. Existing bonding was in place from shower to bath taps, but not to sink or radiator as far as I can...

Electronic timer for heated towel rail PLEASE HELP

    Whatif - Lost supply neutral?

DNO visited this week to move tails to new CU from old breaker. When he pulled the main fuse I noticed there looked like two ceramic carriers inside, I asked and he confirmed both live and neutral were fused. It's being fed back, don't know if they'll do anything about it. In the meantime is...

    Lowering plug sockets

Might be worth checking if building regs will be happy with sockets at skirting board level as I believe wiring regs require them to be 450mm min up from floor level?
