    Trade with EU

Then why do you keep harping on and on about the "free trade " with the EU, which wouldn't be "free" if we leave the EU ?????

The real problem with the EU is whose in control.

By whom though? You don't mention who exactly is "scrutinising" and "assessing considerably" before the EU parliament get their 2 minutes worth. (or don't you know who's doing the scrutinising and assessing? I don't either)

Migration Within EU and its Effect to UK and The Referendum

I personally believe that because of Cameron's promise to offer us an in/out referendum, the EU is going to make the UK suffer anyway. Someone's already linked to an article stating that the EU isn't going to publish anything about legislation in the pipeline for fear of giving the Brexit...

Migration Within EU and its Effect to UK and The Referendum

If the continental EU is soooooo good,, why are these asylum seekers massing in Calais? Why did they not follow EU law (and why didn't these EU countries follow EU law) and claim asylum (make them claim asylum) in the first EU country they set foot in? Why do EU country after country, pass...

    Reasons to Remain.

Hmmm as present members of the EU, we enjoy "free trade" with other EU countries.. Did the UK agree to be part of the Schengen Agreement? I think not. Anyway, some EU countries are already ripping up the Schengen Agreement.. Merkel is apoplectic, yet her own country re-established border...

    Geocaching

I was in Tenerife recently and found 5 geocaches while we were there. A great hobby which costs very little. It's surprising how many are hidden (almost) in plain sight.

The real problem with the EU is whose in control.

Which brings us back very nicely to the original question "The real problem with the EU is , "Who is in control???" Certainly not the UK,, My personal bet is on Germany ;);)

    Quiz (restricted access)

1, If you want to go work and live in an EU country, you have to have a valid UK passport, enough money to support yourself for about 5 yrs and comprehensive medical insurance... EU immigrants into the UK, only require a valid passport. Nothing else.. Someone from Poland could turn up at Dover...

He's probably far too busy googling his next little gem about the benefits of remaining within the EU (it's gonna take him months to find ):LOL::LOL::LOL:

    The Date is Set.

If on the 24th of June, your unhappy with the result, feel free to move to the continent , where you can enjoy the same status as these immigrants in the Jungle at Calais. The French don't want them, the Germans don't want them, Austria doesn't want them, and,,, we certainly don't want , nor...

    The Date is Set.

Even if we have a 50% turnout by the electorate on 23rd June, whichever way it goes, you just know the media (and politicians) will have a field day telling us that half the people of Britain are now having to abide by the decision of only half of them. If it was a 45% turnout , then yopu know...

The EU budget and our contribution.

You seriously think the UK's better off paying in the larger amount? In 2014 our net contribution was around £11Bn . So if we exit the EU we'll be saving at least £7Bn ( based on your maths) Just think what the UK can do with a saving of £7Bn in one year, based on 2014 contributions...

    In or out

Perhaps there will be some form of payment,,,,, but it won't be anything like the £55million a day we're paying at the moment. Surely we can join the EFTA and enjoy trade with an ever decreasing EU and the individual countries that will surely follow Britain in an exit ?? Mark my words a Brexit...

    In or out

I read that one of the IN arguments is that the EU create jobs by investing in EU countries (including the UK) Surely this is easily countered by saying that the £billions saved from membership fees/ contributions , can easily be invested in this once great country? Instead of giving them money...
