What ip range is the nvr switch on? (not the nvr lan address) the cameras will need to be on the same range. also what port number are you using for the cameras top of my head they should be 554.

If it's like other galaxy panels just down power it and take the nvr battery out (small watch battery) in the panel then power it back up. It should default it well it does do with the bigger panels.

Programing isn't hard you should easily be able to do it yourself, it's just knowing if it will work or not.

If you keep correct records of the weekly tests and all faults show or are found are acted on I don't see any issues. I would suspect the weekly test are done by a outside company because of the difficulty of finding someone willing to do it at the property. If this is not a issue then I can't...

If you can connect to the alarms virtual network all you need to do is open up a browser it should automatically take you to the correct page. I have had problems with some browsers though like chrome though not doing this, internet explorer seems to be ok with it most of the time.

If you don't have a door contact set for final exit you will need to set the exit mode to timed not final door.

Hard to tell a number of factors involved thickness/ type of walls other wireless interference and so on. Do you have the engineer code? if so just put it in engineers take an existing detector to around where the new one will be and do a signal test.

If you've had problems with signal strength I would go for the Texecom with texecom ricochet. The Pyronix stuff is good just needs designing properly. I have a detector in my van and it can be parked 50m down the road sometimes but never had a problem with a signal and arming the alarm.

I tend to use the pro control app these days not tried adding a camera in the home control+ app, but you will also need ivms-4500 app for viewing recordings you can't do it in pro control. As soon as you add the camera to your hikvision account it will show up in all your related apps.
