Thanks noseall. The 150mm trough sub dpc is in place but no weep holes in the perp joints. am I right in thinking any moisture at this level will pass through the block walls into the sub soil outside? Above windows and doors are there 225mm weep vents designed for block work or just normal size ?

located an alkathene water pipe underground and managed to compress part of it with my breaker. Didn't go all the way through but managed to leave a scar. Should this be replaced or is it best left alone. Definitely no water coming out !

I'm adding a double pole socket to a ring main. The socket has 1 live, 1 neutral and 2 earth connection points. Do I need to connect to both earth terminals.
