Thanks for your reply it is a Beko 60cm Standard Dishwasher (DWD8650X), just over 2 years old. I am not sure how to check those things myself and would also appreciate advice on whether to call an engineer out to start fixing parts or just pay out for a new one. Cheers.

Hi, would appreciate any advice with this. Last night all the electric went off and was traced to the dishwasher. After changing the fuse it appeared ok and finished the program it was on. Then today when I turned it on it blew all the electrics again, even after changing the fuse it now...
