Try replacing all circuit boards, pump,diverter valve fan and gas valve. Still gotta be cheaper than getting an engineer out!!!!!!

You have replaced 2 circuit boards and microswitches on water section to find the fault was a stuck spindle???????? Another person willing to spend a fortune on guesswork. tut tut.

Nice one CorgiGazza. Re attached again today. So far so good 7 hours and cust. not rang me. These valves are totally cheap and nasty tat.

Take that as a no then. Are you confident with wiring? If so it is fairly easy to disc. each valve one at a time to see which is faulty. If not then call someone out- you really don't wanna be pulling wires out of your wiring centre.

My money would be on one of them! Can you use/have you got a multi meter?

Guess work has probably cost you more in parts not needed than if you had called someone out to rectify your stuck motorised valve.

Thanks for that. Replaced diverter and motor yesterday. Problem is the motor seems to come away from the valve. Is there a particular way to re attach the motor arm to the valve spindle?

Yep that is easy! The problem is the actuator attached to the valve, the motor moves the spindle in the valve by a lever. The problem is attaching the lever to the spindle on the diverter valve body. It stays for a while and comes off. Maybe I am having a blonde day but I just couldn't get...
