dead easy to do never used instructions on the first one i did. it may say in ur user manual but basically valve off all connections under boiler release pressure drain out water and just start taking everything off thats in your way being carefull not to break the black plasic charging assembly

if its doing the main fuse my money is on the pump unplug the pump and try again,

sounds like your loosing the neutral to motor somewhere in the valve

been to a glow worm micron customer complaining of gas smells out of flue FGA it readings way out 2500ppm checked burner only couple of burners lit jets were blocked, fitted new jets still same reading but now all burners lit, gas pressure correct, gas rated also correct, but did notice alot...

were on about a fill loop passing bylaws state a fill loop should be removed so how can it pass? but boilers with built in fill loop (vaillant) cant be disconected worcester has charging key so thats the same as removing fill loop so it cant pass

ahh I never said its impossible i said TECHNICALLY so im not saying it is impossible bylaws state the fill loop should be removed as to stop water contamination etc but as you have pointed this out its not true i dont know how they do it but the word technically

we emptied 4 radiators out of a hotel 700x 500 and rads were full and only filled a buckett half way in total, so depends on your rads these were som very old naff rads with a 15mm bar at top and 15mm bar at bottom and the rest was mesh POINTLESS

technically it should be impossible for a fill loop to pass as it shouldnt be connected when not in use

should be easy to fix first you need to make sure you have 240V from your time clock CH ON to the roomstat then from your room stat (when stat is calling for heat) to the brown wire of the CH zone valve and you should now have 240 on grey or the orange wire of the zone valve (one of these...
