I have had this for nearly 5 years from B and Q but of late it has started to make repeated clicking/ticking noises as well as going into occasional spasms of shaking and knocking. has anyone else had this problem, and if so, can anything be done?

I have inherited broken room thermostat that has only 3 wires running ino it. A red, black and earth. Obviously there must be no Neutral so I need to know what kind of room thermostat I need that doesn't accomodate a neutral input for a gravity boiler system (an old Vulcan) Thanks.

Thanks but the water doesn't heat up in the plastic header tank as its cold.

I have an old vctorian iron guttering that runs along the front of the house. It seems to be where the tw0 pieces join that water leaks and drips onto the front of the brickwork. I have had someone seal it with black gutter seal but it always seems to leak again. Can anyone suggest anything...

The header tank's (above the emersion tank) overflow pipe is dripping water, even though the inlet seems to be closed off. Sometimes it does trickle water (I can hear it slightly) when the ballcock is fully risen but sometimes if I move the ballcock around it closes and isn't a problem (silent)...
