On BBC Watchdog tonight they discussed problems with the PCB's in the Potterton Suprima Boilers. Does anyone know if this is still a fault with the new boilers? If so, what would be a good alternative to have installed?

My central heating system is approximately 12 years old. When would you expect that the radiators should be changed. Does their efficiency reduce with time? I know that there can be a build up of sludge. If this is flushed out will they be as good as new? Cheers
