ok, that's great to hear, and as I have it all here it makes sense to stick with it. TBF to them they replaced the tank without much of a fuss. Perhaps they deserve a bit more of my loyalty

@Elkato531 it's not work messing with the exchanger, but I guess when I look at the leaking manifold it could be something as simple as a £10 gasket. Seems a shame to bin it, if that's the case. I totally get your point about seized bolts... I'm going to have to give this one a little...
