I am surprised by all remarks, however one did catch my eye. Heatline tech, Vaillant tech and glowworm tech are all operated indivdually, none of them would be able to comment on either others brands. While they maybe under the same umbrella they should be dealt with with the respective boilers.

unfunately i think you may find Glowworm do not offer this service, they offer a FUNCTION TEST which is only carried out after the unit is commisioned. there ultracom range is fully lpg compatible and can be adjusted on site with a FGA but rememeber the installer must be LPG registered!
