    Beko dishwasher

Hi. Thanks for advice. Changed solonoid valve today. Easy once I realised that it was a bottom panel that needed to come off and not the one on the back. ?... seems to have sorted all the issues even the iffy cleaning. Just thought I'd share in case it helps anyone else.

    Beko dishwasher

Hi. No its not filling and emptying constantly. The machine runs fine. Fills and drains normally, however if left water starts to fill the bottom of the wash housing, and in a few hours fills to a level expected on a wash. Its not filling the base, ie underneath the botton of the wash housing...

    Beko dishwasher

Hes a photo, and you can actually see where the water is trickling in. It takes a good few hours to fill up the bottom of the unit. Also it dosnt keep filling and emptying. It also drains fine, I have had the drain hose disconnected and the flow out is excellent. Appreciate your thoughts. Odd...

    Beko dishwasher

Thanks. Which seal do you mean. On this model when you unscrew the fikter housing in the base and remove the flat filter there are a couple of holes here where the water is trickling. I have turned off the supply and the flow reduced a bit. I was wondering after searching the Internet if it...

    Beko dishwasher

I have a DWD5411W. It's worked fine for a few year's but recently it's been poor at washing intermittently, with dishes not washed well, other times fine. It's now started to keep filling with water. After a wash it drains fine. We come back to it after a few hours and there is water in the...

My dishwasher has developed an odd fault. Most washes it refuses to wash anything properly in the back of the lower basket on the right. Everything else washes fine. Testing shows the lower arm is spinning ok and if I am quick enough I can open the door and see water coming out of all the holes...

    Loose electric socket

Enough to be noticeable by eye.... thats why I thought that if its going in at an angle it's always going to damage the threads. does that make any sense?, can pull box off tomorrow and post a picture if that would be helpful?

Thanks for that. Will this still work even if the back box is sat skewed in the cavity? Will I need to bend the lug so its stright on with the front socket. With regards to the lug will squeezing top to bottom to make hole oval be ok. Thanks

    Loose electric socket

Hi. Been redecorating my daughters room. Behind her bed, was an old unused double socket. When I looked at it, as it will be more exposed in her new layout, one side seemed quite loose. I removed the screws and pulled the socket out, and tried refitting, but no matter what I have tried...

    Condensing boiler losing pressure

OK. Last night, I filled the boiler to 1.5bar. The system was cold. Switched it off, so nothing would kick in. Checked this morning, and was sat at 1.1 bar. Should I be concerned about this?? Thanks

    Condensing boiler losing pressure

We have a Condensing boiler, fitted approx. 3yrs ago. Over the past couple of weeks it appears to be losing pressure slowly, around .3-.5bar over a 2 week period, which was noticed 2 weeks ago as the boiler failed to light for hot water. I refilled the boiler to 1.5bar, and bled all the rads, a...
