Thanks.
That's also the first one I found on Google, but it isn't underhung ie. Attached under the table top.
As far as I understand, it has to be attached to the sides, like in a cabinet as pictured.
It is plenty cheap enough though.
I have a white computer table (ikea) ~60cm x ~125cm by ~2.5cm deep
I'd like to cheaply fit a drawer underneath - perhaps a wire frame drawer? Just for notepads, /CDs cables etc
Does anyone know of a product to make this? I've had a google about but not really found anything.
Thanks.
don't do it.
the outside of my (sandstone/stone) period house is covered in several sets of chemical dpc holes - looks awful and didn't solve the problem.
I just can't understand why the builder didn't mention it til now - especially if you're having 'major works' done. Why compound the original builder's mistakes?!
Thanks for the reply, vinn.
That sounds fairly simple and less work than I had feared. I will put that suggestion to my builder.
Yes, I'm actually pretty happy with the rest of the plasterwork, hence wanting to get this sorted.

Thanks. I'll post a pic up later.
My instructions were quite general. The chimney breast is in a room that has been extended , and I asked for the whole lot to be skimmed - old & new.
My guess is that he didn't want to waste time dealing with the transition between the existing render and...
We have had our dining room reskimmed as part of an extension/renovation.
Several years ago the existing fireplace had been opened up and skimmed on the chimney breast and rendered internally (preparation for a burner). Where the render meets the outside skim, there were corner beads on the 2...

Hi - this is the top of a side window in my extension - visible is what I presume is the lintel.
This looks a bit unsightly to my eye, and the equivalent element in the sliding patio door is hidden by render (both window and door...
