OK guys - no luck with AEG depsite a number of attempts. Photo uploaded! Please can you tell me which terminal the live should go to and which the neutral should go to. The earth is terminal 6 (if I've got that right). Thank you so much. we might yet have a christmas dinner! :)

Thanks for your reply. I did try to speak to AEG who seemed rather reluctant to help - the assistant i spoke to said any qualified electrician should know , which two of we have tried don't! (they have otherwise been excellent) She said the terminals were labelled which they clearly are not...
