I charge £60 inc VAT for a Magnaclean on certain boilers. Stop assuming all the time. Everyone has different purchasing power, which is always negotiable with the supplier. I wouldn't fit a Magnaclean out of preference either.

Drayton valves that i fit have a selector under the head (which you need to remove to adjust) Not a big deal if done properly.
