    Damp through concrete, what can I seal it with??

    The concrete floor in my house has damp coming through, it doesn't appear to have any DPM. The floors need 5-10mm levelling also, I was advised by a builder that it would be best to Asphalt the existing floor which will damp proof and level at the same time. Can anyone tell me, is this good...
