Check for highlimit stat/sensor protecting element , I had 1 last year , was fan jammed from worn rubber spacer, fixed that and it worked. Sensor was fitted into tube on top of main oven. It's not a cooling fan.

Put connectors on all ends, turn power on and find supply coming in. Using your tester find cable/cables going to your 2 gang switch( how many tw/e at this switch?) How many cables at your other light in this room?.
