    I'd say it is different-you tap into their gas or electric then you are going to increase their utility bill but you're only receiving a signal when you use their wireless connection. Not increasing their isp bill-not saying its right though.

    Are you sure because sometimes there are cables that are hard to inspect unless you have the firefront off. Could be wires in the back boiler connecting plug melting or--mice nibbling away at part of the wire. :wink:

    I think you need a qualified person to take off the fire and look closer into the back boiler,chances are its the cable burnt or overheated near the back boiler somewhere and tripping the electrics-seen it a few times.

    Replacing Zone valve in between two immovable pipes..

    If there isn't enough movement to spring the pipework from the valve then your best option will be to cut the pipe and re-make using an end feed slip coupler. :wink:
