the windows are upvc and the water is coming from around the edge of the actual frame.

think ill give it a go, and then see over a period of a week if the pressure doesnt drop on the boiler, if it does then will have to go to stage two, luckily the damp patch is behind the tv so not visable, assuming the leak stuff works how long should i expect for the bit of plaster to dry out?
