    The location of the water suggests to me that the ducting should be inspected. It may be too long and need an inline fan to aid it, or it may not be sloped and moisture may be getting through.     Could you tell us what tester you have and which test method you used please. Will help to identify possible causes. It sounds like a faulty socket at first, but more info is needed.
