ok, bled the rads and water come out (neighbour suggested checking the myson stats in case valve was jammed down) Also turned down all the other rads to 2 and guess what! the rad got warm at the top but only after 2 hours. Should I leave the Fernox restorer circulating for a few days?

I have 1 cold rad at the end of the furthest room from the pump & boiler. It was hot up until a week ago! Had been for 9 years. Last put some protector in about 4 years ago. I can just get it slightly warm if I turn all the other thermostats down. What should I look at first?
