Could be a blockage in pipework or not piped up correctly. Try closing both valves then remove rad & open each valve in turn to check flow of water (into a container of course). If the flow is ok then pipes could be transposed somewhere

It is quite possible that the connection from the expansion vessel to the boiler is blocked & the reason it has started going to 3 bar is before you bled the rad it was acting as an expansion vessel. You can fit a remote vessel anywhere on system but don't just stand it on it's base as you will...

STOP SHOUTING Most likely i would suggest a combi with a poerflush & change rad valves etc

Before deciding which way to go thoroughly check condition of cylinder for leaks especially where the flow & return connections are as changing this would add extra cost

Pull off the grey knob & try to gently turn the white spindle with a pair of pliers. If this works you will just need a new knob if not you will need a charging link assy which can be tricky as they have being modified

Does fuse blow straight away or does fan run to full speed if it is the former then it is likely that the fan is blowing the fuse

There is a black plastic tool attached to boiler to downrate pcb potentiometer when on htg mode it will probably be set @ max (about 13mb i think) & should be approx 8mb but will need a pro to set it

Do you mean your back up immersion has failed? if so does it matter as you will be using your c/htg boiler anyway.
