    Probably pump blowing fuses try disconnecting live to pump & see if it carries on blowing fuses

    Oops made a buggar of that Will i agree with tony that fan failed but disagree that it is unusual. I carry one on my stock & generally change one every 2 weeks or so. But that may be because we have a lot of vokeras thup north with our cloth caps & whippets

    Definetly diverter valve you will probably have one of the aerlier ones (around 5-6 years old) with the small holes drilled into the body

    Have you considered that the kitchen tap may be faulty does it only dribble out (you will need approx 9 litres pre min which is a litre jug in about 6 secs)

    Run hot tap & observe temp on display (it reads dhw temp) as soon as blr shuts down then immediately turn isolating/filling valve from 12:00 position to 06:00 position which stops water flowing. If temp display goes up to about 82 degrees then your plate heat ex is blocked probably with magnetite

    If you only have a cold feed to cylinder (22mm) then you may have a sealed system do you hav a small c/htg header tank in loft?

    If you move pump then you must also move the cold feed & expansion pipes & have no valves from expansion pipe
