    RSJ and BiFold door

Hi All, In our new house we are planning to open up the kitchen / dinning room at the back of the house into one large room. I thought it might be nice to remove the back wall and install a 4 metre bifold door across the back of the house, really letting the light in and extending the room...

Advice with soil pipe on propose en-suite

Hi Tamz Thanks for that. I will get the plumber to take a look when we move in, it could mean losing an inch or two of the bathroom BUT being able to run a 4" out to the outside wall across the top of the stairs.

Advice with soil pipe on propose en-suite

Mmm, not sounding too good is it.. The wall to the right is a house, the wall to the left is an external wall but has the stairs in it. I will have to check to see if the ensuite will overlap with the top of the stairs, then the soil could go outside and along. Alternatively is it...

Lighting time delay after switching off

Hi All. I can find plenty of switches that once turned on turn off after a certain amount of time but what I'm looking for is something that once turned on stays on, but when turned off the light stays on for x minutes. I have an outside light at work and I want to be able to turn it off...

    Shower Pump tripping RCD

Of course the tank fills up when we use the shower, but thats gravity fed, the water only heats up twice a day. The RCD has never tripped other than when the shower is running. I very much doubt that it's a leak outside the pump as everything is dry and the tiles / bottom of the bath we're...
