rite well i've taken the pump off and replaced it with a new one. fired the system up and it ran for 10 mins nearly then popped again. as for the water yep it wasn't cleaned properly but thats my fault as i'm the one who put the x400 in and left it i never flushed the system properly...

i dont know if the water is circulating though the upstairs rads started to get warm be4 the power cut off again. the water was dark brown the system was cleaned only last year with x400 and had x100 put into it.

checked the wires to the boiler i can't see anything obvious thats wrong no smell of burnt wires no scarring on the plastic sleeves....
