i am trying to fix my whirlpool wd1000 washer dryer it does all the cycle from start to finish except the drum doesn't turn belt is attached appears to be a brushless motor any suggestions ???

anything fallen in the pipe , you defo have a blockage

check the spade connectors to the thermostat electrics possibly contaminated you need to check with a multimeter the ohms rating somebody will be along soon to tell the correct rating but it would seem the thermostat actually senses the temperature correctly anyway

Check PCB probably burnt Check the on off switch too for burning test the mains supressor thats 3 good places too start

check for a leak in the base is next make sure to tip it backwards but is best to take lid & side panels off instead , then you can just look

does it fill with water if so maybe motor faulty or a leak has occurred

first thing to look for is water in the base tip it backwasrds and see if any water appears on the floor

well i ask the question can it drain because if not the pump is possibly jammed a bosch wont spin unless the wash water can drain away seems pretty simple to understand :?: and defo the 1st place to start on a bosch :!:

will it drain on its own , ie drain only program possibly pump jammed , undo the front panel filter cover at the bottom and see what is in there

i would hazard a guess that the person who wrote that has never plumbed in an appliance from scratch or very bad at the 'Queens Speak' very very long winded. and i never heard of issues with a slightly off level dishwasher, a washing machine is fair enough though.

if the selector is not working correct all you can do is check wiring tight eneough , look for any burns check any PCB that it leads to for the same things i would say that a new timer is required

first switch off Boil a large sauce pan of water and put in side the freezer . Shut the door wrap your food stuff in foil and leave in a box
