You can use a 5u felt instead of felt support, comes n 500mm width for use at eaves

80m with soffit,fascia gutters etc. £3500-£5000 sounds very reasonable. I did a 60m roof yesterday, strip and recover, materials cost just over a grand, scaffold around £400, skip just about £200. Around a grand labour. Total cost £2600.
