av sorted it, it was a strange one, there is a tee under the sink and from it is - to the left the w/m, to the right- an elbow then up to cold tap and from bottom - straight to the boiler piped in hep2o. To the w/m and sink tap are in copper, everything was fine except about 12 inches of ice...

all cold taps are fine, its not frozen, there is just no water coming from the boiler

I got a basin mate for £1.20 in pts so al try that on monday
