The walls on my bungalow are harled but have not been touched for 40yrs. Do I paint existing harling or reharl? Any advice welcome. Also has anyone had dealings with AquaClean? They are offering a chemical clean forr the walls but i am wary

Due to hopefully selling off part of my garden i will now need to look at moving the existing oil tank. Who do I speak to? heating engineer, oil supplier or builder. Any advice appreciated
