    Hi, I'm currently fitting a new wash basin, and the basin waste comes with two fibre washers. Is this typically sufficient to make it leak proof or should I swap the washers for rubber ones or will I need to use some sort of sealant? Thanks Jeet

    Hi, I've just bought a new washing machine and it only uses cold fill. The old one use to use hot and cold fill. The problem I have is that the hot water valve (that is no longer needed) is leaking. Is there anyway to just cap it without replacing the valve? Jeet
