Thanks for your reply. Its a nat gas boiler, was running 3 rads in showroom for demo only. Other boiler used to heat office and store room.

Hi I have a Baxi mega flow 28 he. Got it from one of my suppliers . It was a demo model, maybe fired up 6 times only. BTW, I am a RGi. Low fire setting is right on FGA. High fire setting is right on FGA. PPM is 980....way too high. It came with a new flue still in box...
